Free ONLINE Grief, Loss and Change course for Carers
This course focuses on dealing with grief, loss and change led by an experienced psychologist, meditation and mindfulness facilitator and coach, Dr Liz Sparkes.
In partnership with NHS England.
Course duration: 6 weeks. 1.5hr sessions delivered on Zoom. Tuesdays from 11AM.

What you need: You can do the course on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection.
