HOPE PROGRAMME FOR LONG COVID
I am now into month 20 and I am attending the Long Covid Hope Programme which has been absolutely amazing.
Having contact with other humans who completely understand the difficulties and issues facing me on a daily basis plus actually being able to talk and be listened to has been priceless.
It has helped me change my mindset from ‘existing not living, back to the ‘Hope’ of eventually’ living’ a full life again.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ You are amazing.
My poem was inspired by my beautiful granddaughter and popped into my head as I was trying to explain why and how Nannie had become a different person.
