Gratitude wall community art
Our award winning mobile Gratitude wall project tours museums, galleries, festivals, schools and workplaces for communities to share what they are thankful for and learn about the benefits of practising gratitude.
We believe that this project touches the role that art and research have in our society and contributes to meaningful links with our communities.
We continue to work with local organisations to take the Gratitude wall to new places.
AWARDS
2018 International Women’s Day Award and Creative Conscience 2018 Global Awards
Gabriela Matouskova, our volunteer business advisor has been a double winner this year, rewarded for her work as the Gratitude wall community art project lead. In March, to celebrate International Womens' Day, Gabriela was included in Coventry University's honour roll, part of IWM award ceremony for strengthening the link between the University and the community.
In July, Gabriela was named a bronze winner at the Creative Conscience 2018 Global Awards, category Architecture/Interiors. More than 1,000 creative thinkers summited projects this year, representing over 65 nations. The judges were impressed by the impact already achieved through the project and its community engagement.
The gratitude wall was built by FabLab Coventry with funding support from Arts Council England and Coventry University.
