If you are dealing with difficult emotions following unwelcome change in your life or the person you care for these sessions will help provide guidance and practice to help support you.
Free ONLINE Grief, Loss and Change course for Carers
This course focuses on dealing with grief, loss and change led by an experienced psychologist, meditation and mindfulness facilitator and coach, Dr Liz Sparkes.
In partnership with NHS England.
Course duration: 6 weeks. 1.5hr sessions delivered on Zoom. Tuesdays from 11AM.
